Registration PRocedure

The following information is to answer your questions about the registration process. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to email or call Ronda Sissons at 405-503-1100. 

 

**Return calls will be made during evenings so please leave a message with an evening contact number.**

 

Because space is limited, have your online registration completed and money in to the Super Summer Office as soon as possible. Once a week is full registration will be closed.

Church registration process

Group Hold

Request your Group Hold numbers for ALL of the exec. staff, team leaders, and students attending with your church. (If you need to increase any of these numbers, please email the Super Summer office.)

Interviews

Interview your students and collect the 2026 student spiritual assessment form for each student who will be attending camp. Forms need to be given to the SSOK Office during TL weekend or mailed before camp.

Upload

Upload the background check form and rooming request form to your CHURCH PROFILE.

 

Submit a male and female roommate request for even if you do not request roommates or have any male or female students attending,

Monitor Progress

Monitor the online progress of your exec. staff, team leaders, and students to ensure all required steps have been completed before registration closes.

 

 Registration reports will be sent periodically from Campwise. Please add mail@supersummerok .campwise.com to you address book so emails will not be directed to spam.

Forms

 Either mail the 2026 student spiritual assessment forms to Super Summer by May 10th, or bring them to Saturday registration of TL Weekend. These will be handed out to our team leaders on Sunday of TL Weekend, so they must be turned in on time!

Weekly Church Registration Reports
Church Contacts will receive a report on Mondays showing who has registered with your GH ID.
 This report also shows if their forms are complete or incomplete. 
Emails will come from mail@supersummerok.campwise.com.   
 
 
Early Registration Deadline/Church Payments are Due  – April 15th
Church Payments should be received or postmarked by this date and Church Forms should be uploaded.
Beginning on April 16th, late fees will be applied. Late Fee is $25 per person.
 
Registration Closes – May 3rd at 10 pm
All registration must be completed by this date to attend camp.

Student Registration

Forms

Upon receiving the Group Hold ID for your church, complete all online forms. Parents should complete the online registration for their own student.

Medications

Add any current medications to your online profile. 

Allergies

List all known allergies on your online profile. 

Spiritual Assessment

Give completed Spiritual Assesment form to your church leadership.

Financial information

Fee’s and Cost’s

The fees for Super Summer are as follows: 
$230.00 per Student 
 $210.00 per Team Leader 
$180.00 per Executive Staff
 

Students, TL’s and Exec Staff are to pay their camp fees directly to their individual churches. Please do not send payment to Super Summer.

 
 Churches, make checks payable to Super Summer OK. To avoid late fees payments must be postmarked by April 15th. Payments MUST be in check form. Registration fees cannot be paid by credit card.

 lodging

 Students should plan to bring extra spending money for CDs, soft drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. 
 

Refund Policy

Full refund (except late fees) – if in writing/email by the Friday before your week of camp.

 

Partial refund – for drops during TL weekend and Monday no-shows.
